My name is Jana, and I own and operate an antique/vintage Shoppe in my home in the Dallas Fort Worth area named Collected Treasures. Not only do I sell antique/vintage furniture and home goods, but also my own line of clothing and jewelry with some home design mixed in. It is presented under the Nettie Jane Designs label and was founded in 2004. It is named after a Grandmother I barely knew, but I think she would be pleased to see so many items from her generation recycled into beautiful, usable items for today.
My love of antique textiles, especially old lace and crochet, inspired me to design unique, one of a kind clothing, handbags, jewelry, and home decor. I am truly obsessed with antique laces and save what I can along the way. Finding a box or trunk of old linens simply melts my heart. Many of my designs have been featured in Somerset Publications including Haute Handbags, Altered Couture, and Somerset Home. In addition, I have also been featured in various local news publications and on TV sharing my love of all things old, as well as my ideas and creations.
